Welcome to LinkRadar. By using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the LinkRadar app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use LinkRadar.
• You must provide a valid email address for sign-in.
• You agree to provide accurate information, including a mandatory profile photo.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use LinkRadar to:
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the application or bypass our zone-based privacy protections.
4. The Like and Reveal System
• Likes: You understand that likes remain active for up to 30 days and generally cannot be withdrawn once sent, except that non-mutual outgoing likes may be removed before they become mutual.
• Symmetric reveal: Your identity is shared with another user only if both parties explicitly consent to a reveal.
• Contact exchange: You may share contact details (for example phone or social handles) through the in-app flow after bilateral reveal. LinkRadar is not responsible for interactions that occur outside the app after contact exchange.
• Reveal chat: Optional in-app messaging after bilateral reveal is ephemeral (text and photos disappear shortly after the recipient opens them; videos are one-time view). After viewing, messages and media are permanently deleted from our servers (not archived). Either user may delete the chat room for both participants.
• Revealed matches on radar: After bilateral reveal, revealed matches appear on the Home radar only when both users are co-present nearby (recent activity and matching coarse proximity cells). Revealed matches not co-present remain in the Matches tab.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
• LinkRadar offers optional in-app purchases (for example Boost, Plus, and Monthly packages) processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm payment.
• Purchases grant likes, reveal unlocks, and/or radar access according to the package description. Consumable packages add to your quotas; subscription-style packages refresh quotas and extend access for the stated period.
• All sales are subject to applicable consumer law. Refund requests may be handled through Google Play (when distributed there), Stripe, or by contacting us at linkradar.app@gmail.com where applicable law allows.
• We may change package names, prices, or quotas with notice in the app where required. Free-tier limits at signup are described in-product.
6. Referral Program
• Referral codes and rewards are offered under rules shown in the app and may change or end at any time.
• Abuse of the referral system (for example fake accounts) may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.
7. Account Termination
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your data from our active databases.
8. Limitation of Liability
LinkRadar provides the service “as is”. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the app or your interactions with other users discovered through the radar.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email where appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The current version is always available in Settings → Legal and on our website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
